What is Will Call Service?
This means you can pick up your order from our warehouse in Sandy, Utah.
What does this entail for me?
You are responsible for loading all items onto your vehicle(s) and unloading once you
return. If you think you will need help, please make sure to bring extra people with you
(especially if you have a big order). You are also responsible for strapping everything
down and making sure all items are secure prior to leaving our warehouse. Once the
items are loaded onto your vehicle, you take possession and are responsible for the
items you have rented.

When can I pick up my order and when is it due back?
As a courtesy to our customers, you may pick up your order the (business) day before
your event and you return it the next (business) day after your event.
Our Will Call hours are Monday-Friday 10am-2pm and Saturday (in the summer months
only) 10am-12pm.

What if I cannot pick up or return during your Will Call hours?
Please plan ahead. Our Will Call staff is only available during Will Call hours.
Items not returned on their “Due Back” date by 2pm will be automatically charged an
additional day of rental.
Can I send someone else to pick up or return my order?
Yes. But please, out of courtesy to your family/friends that are picking up your order,
make sure to pass along all the information and let them know what to expect.
Can I pick up or return on Sunday?
No, we are closed on Sundays
I changed my mind, can I still add delivery to my order?
Yes, depending on availability. An additional Rearranging Fee may apply if the request is
done with less than 48hrs notice.
